Ordering & Payment

What payment methods do you accept? We accept a wide range of payment methods, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and more. All accepted methods will be displayed at checkout.

Can I cancel or change my order? We process orders quickly to get your gear to you as soon as possible. If you need to cancel your order, you must do so before it has been processed for shipment. Please contact us immediately at ContactUs@trollogear.com with your order number, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

How do I know what size to order? Sizing can vary by product style. To help you find the perfect fit, we include a detailed size chart on each product page. We recommend comparing the measurements to a favorite item you already own.

 

Shipping & Tracking

How long does shipping take? After your order is processed (typically within 1-2 business days), standard shipping within the United States usually takes 3-5 business days. You will see a more specific delivery estimate at checkout.

How do I track my order? Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number. You can use this number to follow your package's journey to your doorstep.

Do you ship internationally? Currently, Trollo Gear only ships to customers within the United States. We are hoping to expand in the future, so sign up for our newsletter to stay updated!

 

Returns & Issues

What is your return policy? Your satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to be eligible for a refund or replacement. To qualify, the product must be unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags attached. For full details, please review our complete Return Policy.

What if my item is damaged or I received the wrong product? Oh no! Please email us immediately at ContactUs@trollogear.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. Our team will work quickly to make things right.

An item I want is out of stock. When will it be back? We restock popular items as quickly as we can! You can sign up to be notified on the product page, and we will send you an email the moment it's available again.
