4. Products and Pricing Trollo Gear offers a variety of clothing products for sale. We strive to display our products with accurate descriptions and photographs. However, photographs are for illustrative purposes only, and we cannot guarantee that your device's display of any color or texture will be accurate. All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue a product without notice.

 

5. Payment Terms We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Maestro, Electron, Diners, ChinaUnionPay, Apple Pay & Google Pay. By providing a payment method, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method and that you authorize us (or our third-party payment processor) to charge your payment method for the total amount of your order (including any applicable taxes and shipping charges).

 

6. Shipping Trollo Gear currently ships products to customers within the United States. Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in shipments. Risk of loss and title for all products ordered pass to you when the product is delivered to the shipping carrier.

 

7. Returns and Refunds We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 14-day return policy for most products purchased on the Website, provided they are in new, unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.

To initiate a return, please contact us at contactus@trollogear.com. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned product is damaged, worn, or not in a resalable condition. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Please note: Sale items and custom-made products are final sale and cannot be returned.

 

8. Prohibited Conduct You agree not to use the Website for any unlawful purpose or any purpose prohibited under this clause. You agree not to use the Website in any way that could damage the Website, the services, or the general business of Trollo Gear. This includes, but is not limited to:
