Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Trollo Gear, we work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible while keeping our prices affordable. Because we offer a unique mix of curated fashion and made-to-order beauty products, our shipping times can vary depending on what you buy.

This policy outlines exactly what to expect.

1. Order Processing Time

Please allow 1–3 business days for our team to process and verify your order.

  • "Processing" means we are checking the order, verifying stock, and handing it over to the shipping carrier.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your package ships.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimates

We are proud to offer Free Shipping on all orders over $29. For orders under $29, standard shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Clothing & Accessories: 7–15 business days.

  • Beauty & Cosmetics: 14–21 business days (See below).

Note: Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. While most packages arrive within this timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to high demand, carrier delays, or customs processing.

3. Special Note on Beauty Products (The "Fresh Batch" Promise)

To ensure the highest quality and hygiene standards, many of our Trollo Beauty products are formulated and packaged on demand when you order them.

This "fresh-batch" process ensures you receive a product that hasn't been sitting on a shelf for months, but it does mean they take a little longer to reach you.

  • Production: Please allow an additional 3–5 days for your beauty items to be created and printed.

  • Total Wait: Because of this production step, beauty orders typically arrive in 2–3 weeks. We believe the quality is worth the wait!​

 

4. Why Did I Receive Only Part of My Order? (Split Shipments)

Because we curate items from different specialized warehouses—and because our beauty line is made-to-order in a separate facility—your order will likely arrive in separate packages.

If your clothes arrive first, don't worry! Your beauty products are being freshly prepared and will follow shortly. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each package via email.​

 

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at ContactUs@trollogear.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

6. Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Trollo Gear is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you realize you made a mistake, please email us immediately (within 1 hour of placing the order), and we will do our best to catch it before it ships.​

 

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

Trollo Gear is not liable for packages stated as "Delivered" by the carrier but reported lost or stolen by the customer.

  • If your tracking says "Delivered" but you don't have it, please check with neighbors or your local post office first.

  • If you believe your package was lost in transit (tracking stopped updating for 10+ days), please contact us so we can file a claim and resolve the issue for you.
